Referral to EHCP & SEN Support Services
Through our EHCP & SEN Support Services, ADD-vance can refer directly to Specialist Independent SEN Advisers (a chargeable service) who specialise in neurodivergence, and can support with:
- Recognising when a child or young person requires support surrounding their Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- How you and the school or college can support
- Offer help for you to understand your rights
- Understanding what ‘Ordinarily Available Provision’ is, and what is ‘Assess, Plan, Do, Review’
- How to raise and escalate concerns
- Requesting Educational Health and Care (EHC) Needs Assessments, the process of completing Education Health and Care Plans (EHCP) and Annual reviews
EHCP & SEN Support Services – how does it work?
Support is offered via phone, email or video conferencing (Zoom or Microsoft Teams).
Parents and carers can self-refer as private clients for bespoke packages of support, which can also include preparation for and attendance at meetings. Please complete the referral form below.
